Returns & Exchanges

We understand that sometimes buying online can be tricky and from time to time a item may not fit you the way that you had hoped or does not suit you.

So we have ensured that our returns policy is simple so we can enable you to receive the best service from us as quickly as possible.

Any order made through us may be returned for a full refund within 30 days after your purchase.

Unfortunately we can not offer a refund if 30 days have gone by since your purchase.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

items returned with the tags removed or tampered with will not be refunded all items must be returned unworn, unwashed and with all branding labels still attached.

We reserve the right to deny a refund if garments are not received in their original condition.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sadefarrell@sfdesigns.uk. If your return is accepted, you will have 14 days to ship the item back to us.

Please note that returns are the responsibility of the customer and any postage costs incurred when returning an item will not be refunded. We strongly recommend that you return your item using a secure postage option such as 'signed' or 'tracked' as we cannot be held liable for any lost packages whilst out of our hands. Items sent 'recorded' will be insured so please check with the service you are using that you will be covered in the unlikely event that the item becomes lost in transit.

Once your return has been received by us a refund (minus the shipping cost) will be issued via the transactional method used. This will take around 1-5 working days to clear into your account by your banking provider. If you have any problems or questions relating to a return or refund please do not hesitate to contact us.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
